#SpiritualKoolAid offers a variety of both short and long-term Spiritual Mentorship and Metaphysical Services. We have a Holistic Mind/Body/Spirit approach to our healing practices and believe in a synergistic path to wellness. A common client of ours is seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and seeks to release some of the negatively charged experiences that are repeatedly impacting their lives. They often operate from an un-developed Ego and tend to act/respond to life from their default programing system. Default Mode can create so much dysfunction in our lives. Many of our most traumatic experiences in life are suppressed/repressed and stored in the subconscious. This creates a reactive programing response that is unconscious - producing real life dysfunctions. Some common byproduct manifestations of dysfunction are anxiety, depression, mood swings, fear of abandonment, shame, guilt, escapism, insomnia, apathetic, addictions, fear, repeated patterns with negative consequences, stress, emotional and social disconnect and a general overall feeling of dis-ease in the body. A sense of peace seems out of reach but is sought after.
Another common client of ours is someone who is already on their Spiritual Path and is looking to further evolve their Spirituality. We help people everyday enrich their manifestations, elevate their Spirit in the ethereal energy fields, guide and mentor their Spiritual path and we are all about holding the loving space to allow for the miracles to occur.
In our mentorship program, we aim to restore a sense of harmony and balance in our lives. We gain greater clarity and higher perspective by illuminating areas of our lives that are ready for expansion. We look at how we co-create specific relational experiences and what our roles are in them. We work towards our highest growth and for the purpose of Soul Evolution.
In this life - there is pain, there is pressure and there is a pull inside of us all towards something greater. It takes courage to seek out our truths and transmute our pains into our powers. Soul Healing, Energetic Alignment, Plant Medicine, Magic, Spiritual Attunement, Inner Child Work, Meditation, Sound Therapy, Breathwork and Karmic Clearing/Understanding are a few of the key themes we focus on. We go deep and we work with what is raw. We love working with those who have experienced traumas, PTSD, sexual abuse, addictions, toxic family dynamics, powerlessness and misfortune as we believe those shadow experiences are direct gateways to our souls purpose.
There is duality in most everything. We need the dark to shine out our bright light. Our lows are a great measure for our highs. The key is finding the balance within it all. To be unapologetically your authentic self is to be free. And in this short time on earth, our soul longs to be recognized for all that we are, all that we have been through and all that we will be.
The dark takes us to all kinds of places that we might not otherwise understand. The dark is a place of unruly acceptance. The dark teaches self-awareness and heightens our conscious understanding of this collective universe. The dark illuminates the light. I, for one, have enjoyed my times relishing in the dark, lurking in my shadows, using it all up to better understand my ride.
We find the Shadow Self to be one of our greatest teachers. There is a bottomless pit within us all. A hungry savage that has an insatiable appetite. An appetite that can become hungry for more if we are not aware. A hunger that I encourage gets fed so to better understand what it is you need to eat.
The shape of ones shadow varies from person to person. We see large appetites for sex, drugs, admiration, power, control, anger...all forms of escapism we can indulge with. Often our shadow self reveals itself in trying times. In times of grief, pain, suffering, depression, abuse, trauma, etc. It is a part of self that needs to be met, to be understood, to be fed so to help you along on your journey.
That being said, the dark is a place to visit, not exist in forever. It is a part of our existence we all live out at some point in our lives and where great evolution can spring from. In my humble opinion, it is necessary for growth.
Understanding our Karma in this incarnation, both good and bad and why it exists as a fundamental part of our purpose, is the beginning to discovering our True Path to Purpose. For every unforgiving desire impassioned by fated Karmic Cravings within, there is a destined portal to which we can transcend from.
